Tried a that and it's still not working , my sky Q keeps flashing on and off , it's just annoying as we pay for these things and it does this,  may leave sky next week and see what else is about

Tv won’t turn on

My tv won't turn, I have tried everything, except I'm now on EE tv, so can't try the remote control, tried to call sky and can't get through to speak to anyone, the chat is not available, quite frustrating really, and I don't have another tv I can watch. I fail to see how a tv can just stop working and the engineers are trying to fix it, well how long is this going to take, is it one those how long is a piece of string things, not very good as far as I'm concerned.

This is exactly what's happening to me. Skyglass tv is working fine downstairs. Internet is fine. Come upstairs to watch tv via the puck on my bedroom tv and it's flashing white light and turning itself off and restarting every three to four mins. No tv, just a white 'sky' logo coming up every few mins then the puck turning off. Puck downstairs is working though.

My tv won't turn on at all not even got the red light come on tried everything but have got nothing at all with sky glass

Our sky stream won't go beyond the screen that says press and hold 4 & 6 together. We have changed the batteries in the remote and checked the cables. What else can we do?

Won’t turn on

I've been through all the steps your forum has asked me to do and now when I power it up I get a red and white flashing light and nothing happens! Just a black screen 
this has been down now for 2 days and counting. I expect to be compensated for this

Re: Where do you put the activation code in? After resetting my tv?

They advised me to do the recovery process but then when you go on sky to put the activation code in it says 'oops there's a problem' contact sky but then you phone the number and can't get through to a person!

When I try and go to to the activation page on sky it says 'oops there's a problem' like the page is down or something!

@Bugs1 are you sure you have a Q box as there is no white light on a Q box you have green, amber, red and blue lights but no white light

Why aren’t sky answering phone call about sky glass not working

Sky glass issues all day don't answer phone no disconnecting calls

my sky glass tv has been off for hours and hours wont even power up ! needless to say if it evry comes back on there wont be any type of compensation !

Hello,

Please see below if you do this it will work. I did this and it fixed the problem

Please see below:👇🏾

 

To get it working try

 

switch of at mains

 

held the on / off button on side of tv 

 

while holding the button down

 

turn back on at mains

 

keep holding 

 

red light on base of tv started flashing fast

 

release hold on side button 

 

sky logo appears 

 

followed the prompts 

 

tv now working 

 

no thanks to sky tho go
