Also having this issue, we tried switching the TV this evening and nothing. We've reset it twice so far and then phoned sky, we didn't hear the automated message but waited 40mins to be told that it is a software fault or issue and the tech team are aware and working on it. Wonder when it will be back on, very boring evening ahead i suppose...

I did exactly the same! New batteries in the remote, puck flashes white, sky notice appears on the screen then it's dead! 😩

Just spoken to someone , apparently they did a software update and that's thrown everyone out!! Why didn't they just leave it alone!! They are working on a resolution asap , but who knows how long that will be!

But it would be helpful to know if problem being worked on and when it will be expected to be resolved
You typically won't get ETCs.
Also ETCs are fairly useless as with major tech outages like this ETCs are usually not known or if given by a company completely inaccurate ( unless they provide the ETC after they have already resolved the issue).
As these problems first require investigation into the cause of it before they can even work on a fix you never know how long it will take to identify the root cause of an issue.

If that is the cause, they all need to go back to tech school.

Been on to sky and it's an issue caused by last update. Will only be fixed by a further update whick they are working on
