I’ve a blank ch4 app

I've tried switching and unplugging & refreshing apps but still blank ??

Try unplugging for at least 10 minutes

I don't know why I have to go through security when only asking a question about a blank screen and not wanting to discuss anything about subscriptions or accounts or personal info

@Vipcustomer unfortunately Sky have to ask these questions to everyone that they speak to on the chat to make sure they are the account holder.

We also don't know if the issue you are having is because of anything on the account, so we need to access it to make sure we give the correct information.

@Vipcustomer If you don't want to go through the verification with the Sky Messaging Team then all I can suggest is you phone Sky Customers Services.
