Happy New year all.
i have sky glass and a puck. I'm subscribed to Apple TV. Just tried to play "the family plan" movie on my sky glass and says can't load video check internet connection. All other programs on Apple played ok. Checked the same movie via the sky puck and no issues. Have reset the Apple app and tried video troubleshooting but says no Internet connection to do this.
Im no techie but what am I missing?

The "international reset" worked.
note to self always try the simple option first.
