Having to re boot my sky glass every time I go to turn on ?? What can I do? Checked everything no idea why

Doesn't it come out of standby by pressing the button on the side of the Sky Glass TV rather than powering off/on at the plug?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
