Re: Sky Sports app
Sky advised me that this will be reviewed, but there’s currently no timeframe on when the multi-device streaming feature might be reinstated. I was given £3 off a month for the duration of my contract through the online chat, and a £30 credit from the executive complaints team as a goodwill gesture. He told me to contact them again in a month to see if the restriction has been reversed.
I also mentioned that Sky is falling behind its competitors on this, and he agreed that Sky needs to stay ahead. I pointed out that with Sky broadcasting multiple events concurrently — especially on weekends — limiting customers to a single device is a backward move, particularly with Sky Sports+ now showing multiple streams. It’s still really frustrating being restricted to one device, but the more people that complain, the more chance there is that Sky will overturn the decision.

Re: Sky Sports app
Thanks for the update - I will contact them as well as the more people who complain, the louder it will get. All valid points as well - with so many more games available the ability to watch more games concurrently is only going to increase.

Re: Sky Sports app
register your complaint directly with the complaints department — they’ll give you a reference number, and usually someone will then contact you to arrange a call with the UK-based Executive Complaints team, which helps get it properly escalated.
Although they’ve given me a reduction on my bill and a goodwill gesture, it’s not about the money — it’s the fact they’ve restricted the number of devices we can stream on. It goes against the terms I agreed to when I renewed my subscription, especially as no notification was given before they changed the policy.
