My sky app keeps asking for my post code to find my account but when I enter it nothing happens and I can’t access my sky vip

I enter my sky id and password to set up the app it then asks for my postcode to find my account then It does nothing, just stays at the postcode screen, I have cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the app on my phone, tablet and laptop and its the same on them alll.

Hi there. My sky is having the same issue. I can no longer sign into my app. Or my account from web browser. It's worked fine for years. No access now. Please help!
