good Morning all,
i am having the same problem, My Sky app stopped working, and is asking me to get things set up. goes to find your account and enter the postcode, nothing happens when you press continue.
please help, i have done all of the clearing of cache, deleted app etc etc
would be really good to see the solution posted

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I can log into my sky app but when I put in my postcode it just stays on that page and doesn't move forward to let me access my sky account
