trying to add a second device to my current sky account. Keep getting "technical error, its us not you. Please refresh the page or click the link to try again" I've tried on the website. App. Reinstalled the app. Restarted phone. Tried doing it on my mobile data. Everything possible. I'd prefer not phone sky

Are you trying to add a Sky Mobile device to your account if so your only option is to call Sky on 150 from your other device.
