Hi,
Nothing has been working, it still just keeps saying invalid postcode. But it's the correct postcode.
Tried to enter with and without space no good.
Can someone explain why this has changed and isn't working. I used to like sky vip.

This has also been happening with my App and I can't get on to sign the credit agreement for sky glass, this has pushed my delivery date further and further back. I have tried the online website also and still not able to get on to sign the credit agreement. I have tried all the formats to enter my postcode but it still glitches. @Addie15 @Tom-W19

im having the same issue i put the postcode in and nothing happens doesnt even give me feedback to say if its an invalid postcode

Trying to login into my sky app but it is unable to find my postcode.

I am having the same issues, i have just become a sky customer and when making my sky ID I enter my email and password and it asks me to enter my postcode. I enter my postcode with a space and without a space and have pressed confirm and nothing happens. Due to this I can not link my sky ID to my address. Please help ASAP as this has been ongoing for two months
