I keep getting emails stating my password has been reset when I haven't reset it myself. I continue to reset it when I get this email however I am worried someone has access to my account

No I have had to reset it each time as it appears someone was changing the password

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Georgia33 Have you setup 2 factor authorisation? This would certainly stop any unauthorised access to your email account

Hi, yes I did install this. After getting an email saying thank you for resetting your password I also got an authentication text which is when I knew someone was trying to access my account.
