Since 8th January I have stopped receiving emails from outlook accounts. I am under the impression from what I have read that yahoo have altered their spam filters and that certain outlook accounts are being filtered as spam. However these emails are not appearing in my spam either. How do I correct or change the setting for this ??

I am having the same issue and also 2 others that I try to send emails too. It's very frustrating that an email can be sent to my outlook email (Logged in on the wed not on an app) and I cannot reply to the same email (Sky.com email).
Is there a resolution to this yet.?

We are a small business and have not been able to send emails to sky/yahoo email addresses recently.
They all just bouce back, even customers we have had previous corespondence with.
Our IT guy has done all he can on our end but it is not good for business!
The only way I can get on here is because we happen to have sky broadband. Tried emailing sky but just sends you back to website which is no use!

This is the reply I get:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Recipient @yahoo.co.uk (Deleted actual email)
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Clairec8 Are you sending from an Outlook account? I can't send from Outlook to a GMail account - I suspect some form of over zealous spam filtering is at work.
The affected Sky Yahoo Mail recipient would need to speak to Sky (not Yahoo), but in all honesty I doubt the front line advisers would be able to help.
You might need to switch to a business email provider which would better support your small business.
