I haven't been able to send and receive emails through my Outlook app since Wednesday, on my Samsung phone.
I cleared the cache and deleted the data and I'm still having issues. Does anyone know what else the issue could be?
Also, I didn't realise that by deleting the data, I would lose everything. 😞 I'm guessing there is no way to recover all my emails?

Sent myself a couple of emails later yesterday and one just now. Not arriving on several devices. Checked on yahoo web mail and not there or in spam.

Yes, sent one to work and my sky email at the same time only the work one arrived

The two l know are missing never showed up, but others have started to appear in the last hour so perhaps a blockage has cleared

Can't get emails in outlook app - stopped yesterday

Pretty much as the subject heading says, my outlook app on my android phone and tablet stopped receiving emails yesterday afternoon.
The phone is Samsung S23 ultra, and the tablet is a tab S8+ both with Android version 14, outlook software is up to date with the latest version. And have gone through the various troubleshooting pages (that are rubbish).
Some of the basic things I've tried, alongside the troubleshooting pages.
Each time the emails I had in my inbox from before come back and I can send new emails, but it's not adding any of the newer emails that I've received.
It's not asking for any password when re-adding the sky/yahoo details (either normal one or the generated one).
Just seems really seems strange it was working on both devices and then it suddenly stopped.
Any help greatly appreciated

Strangely I haven't had any emails in my Outlook on Android since Wednesday either.

It has got to be the Outlook App, my three Apple devices all stopped recieving my mails yesterday (23:21). Normally they all work fine.
I have signed into my mail using the generic Mail App on my phone and this has updated correctly (All mails received today are there).

We have exactly the same problem. All our Outlook on Android ( dont know for IoS yet) has stopped receiving mails. Anyone heard of a solution ?
