A family member regularly sends me emails although these are showing as sent they are not arriving. There seems to be a problem also shared with other users and TalkTalk email help yesterday stated "Hi all, networks have confirmed that Yahoo/Sky are deferring or blocking TalkTalk emails due to unexpected volume or customer complaints. Our network team have reported it to them, but customers of sky yahoo would be wise to report the issue to them so that they can adjust the filters to compensate."

Hi all,
Thank you again for letting us know about this issue. After some investigations, we believe this issue is now resolved, I'll leave this thread open for now but if you're still having trouble please let me know.
Thanks,
You could give Sky a call, but I think it's unlikely that they'll be sufficiently inspired to do anything, not least because Sky use Yahoo's email infrastructure, rather than their own. I suspect it will sort itself out over a few days.
I have just spent ¾ hour talking to Sky about not receiving emails from talk talk. He assured me there are no restrictions on receiving emails from talk. Talk. I don't know where to go to next!!
There is nothing you can do.
And it is not just TalkTalk addresses it is happening to, there are a couple of other threads where all mail using a forwarding service called Stackmail are affected. Don't know if TalkTalk possibly uses that service.

Just putting a marker in to say this is happening to me too. Why are you saying Sky won't be interested? My contract is with them, not Yahoo, and at the moment I have two parents in their 80s getting stressed because they can't email me.
@Fiona. You could always give Sky a call....
I'd suggest setting up a new mail account with Gmail or Outlook.
The reason Sky won't be interested, is that Sky|Yahoo email is a legacy service, it is not part of your contract with Sky.
If you don't believe it, just try asking them to help.
What do we do then ?? Who do I report to please supply contact numbers

All you can do is report it to Sky.
Contact number via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
Is there any update on this? I've not been getting mails from 2 talktalk accounts for a few days now.. and I never have the patience to hold on to report it.
If this is a generic issue - is there any prospect of it being fixed?

If I were to guess, I'd say it will probably sort itself out eventually.Just a guess, though, and no idea about when.
Have you resolved this as yet.
I am having them same problem.
Can you advise me who to contact?
Thank yoiu
Do you by any chance have a contact number for sky.
I am not receiving talktalk emails, not sure how to resolve this.
Thank you
@drumgarron you could try contacting Sky. You can find the number via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of their help page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
If you're in the ROI, change the flag in the bottom right hand corner first.
