Is this a real Sky communication?

I've received an email suggesting my Sky Yahoo email account will be closed on November 9th unless I sign in. Whilst it looks good it doesn't seem true.

I've signed in separately to my account without problem but do not want to sign in via this email.

is it phishing?

Absolutely phishing, mark as spam, and delete it.

@-PhilT  As a rule emails from Sky tend to address you by your name, scam emails use Dear Customer, Dear Sky customer and other variations not using your name etc.

You were wise not to use any links in that email, sky don't send links in their emails rather they ask you to log into your account by the known routes (mysky app for example)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@-PhilT

There is no way Sky would start an email like that wil a big 'final warning' headline, it also doesn't address by your name which is another sign it is from a scammer.
