Weak connection since sky max swapped over

Tested broadband  - all 3 new sky max boosters are poor or no connection 

tv with the new mini box keeps freezing when watching live tv - which was one of the problems when the engineer came out last time 

it is very frustrating that you sent me a new system that the engineer says doesn't work with the sky boxes 

please can somebody sort out my sky tv - so I can switch is on and it actullay works - I'm getting very frustrated now
