I recently got a new HP work Laptop and from the word go I've had internet issues. I connect wirelessly to the router and the internet speeds I get are between 5 and 30 mbps, when I get between 180 and 300 mbps on other devices, including other laptops.
I am having issues with work video calls so wondering if there is an issue is more likely with my Broadband or the actual laptop, so I can start looking at fixes. This situation cannot continue.
Thanks all

Is it a similar distance away compared to other devices?

Is the laptop configured to automatically connect to a business VPN? That can drastically affect speed.
