Speed to broadband hub very low

Hi, I've been having trouble with my WiFi for the last few weeks, I've just completed a speed test on the mysky app and it came back with a reading of 5.2mb/s and a 'poor' speed to hub status. My minimum guaranteed speed is 43mb/s and I was getting around 61mb/s up until a few weeks ago. I've contacted sky (automated response) and they said there's not issues found. Any help on why this is so slow please?
