Slow speeds and disconnects

I am in the pr2 area, my broadband connection is either dropping daily or I'm getting under 100mps on my gigafast connection.  Resetting the modem work but why should I keep having to do this?

cant find a edit button, now i also cannot log into the router, either using

Admin

wont take password sky or my router password. So i cant post logs of whats going on either

@phil69  When this happens does the lights on the ONT change at  all or is only on the router that you see a difference when the connection drops out?

Its just the router light that goes off.

@phil69  Which light on the router that goes out when this happens? Is it the power or internet light that goes out?

Just the Internet light all the others stay green.

@phil69  What type of speed are you getting when you run a speed test from a device connected over ethernet or hardwired connection?
