About 20+ times I have lost all internet services today , and it is still happening right now.
It started at around 11.0 am
this is awful service

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

However run the connection test in the My Sky app when the hub is connected if it finds a fault it can book an engineer. If it doesnt post your hubs stats and forum members should be able to tell you what maybe wrong see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
