I'm having the exact same problem. I have recently changed from EE to Sky Fibre 300. I only did this 12 days ago and although the broadband connection hasn't changed from the beginning, it has been abysmal for the past couple of days. Wifi constantly disconnects from multiple devices that could be happening as often as every 5-10 minutes. I am sitting with my phone right next to the router and it still disconnects. It's bizarre to me that I switched from EE for higher speed broadband where I had no issues with the connection and now I have extreme issues with Sky connection not even 2 weeks after activation.

I have been very happy with my Deco system, strong signal and no drop outs, I think I am just a few months now from being able to swap back to BT, sky broadband hasn't been as good as BT for my house

Are you using BT's own router? It's not very good at all. I bought a third party one (ASUS brand) and have had no connectivity issues since then.

No I'm on sky and using skys router which is terrible and has WiFi drops constantly, which is why I bought a deco Mesh
