I had full fibre broadband installed in August and now I've noticed the ONT box installed internally by an Openreach engineer is constantly buzzing. Any idea why or what can be done to stop it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LB15 all of the ONT units I have sen including my own are silent so if your's is buzzing it implies a fault. I dont know if Openreach will replace it but I would report it to Sky. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
