Everytime it rains heavy the internet goes down. All green lights on the router and devices connect via WiFi but everything has no internet connection. This lasts for hours until rain stops and clears. We try switching off at the wall but it doesn't do the magic. Sky please help.

The problem of using cooper phone lines to carry high frequency signals that are used for broadband is water is a no no so a dodgy joint or wet branches hitting the wires will cause the connection to drop. The longer the line the higher the risk. Whether Openreach can do anything about the issue is not certain but start by talking to Sky.
