Hi,
I just moved into a new house and my Sky broadband was due to activate yesterday. When I tried to connect (Fibre) I found the previous owners had removed the ONT box. Is there a way I can contact Sky easily to ask for them to come and install a new one? I'v tried using the Chatbot but it wasn't helpful.
