No interent

I'm rather fed up with sky my broad band is so intermittent. I work from home and I'm completely fed up with the lack of contact available from these peeps. I can't watch what I pay for Netflix and I can't do my work. All states their side say everything is fine. The hub has no light power. Next min it's on. Already paying over the odds for a crsp service. Lost the will to continue. If someone out there has a number so I can leave this sinking ship I would be grateful as i only have today off

@Davijth94  You have jumped on an old thread, Can you tell us what troubleshooting you have done to see if it can find any fault?

@Kimberley89  Have you logged the fault with sky by contacting them directly

compensation may be due for complete loss of service for more than two days after you reported the fault to sky

@Marzena3 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning. If you are in the Sussex area there was a mjor outage overnight.
