New router box
Evening I have recently got the newer router box as required following your advise. However the signal in my home is worse. Signal drops out , computer take ages to set up or download. Tv upstairs drops off saying issue finding connection. This really isn't good enough and I would like a refund and to install back my original black box which we have. If this doesn't improve I will look to move my broadband as I can't afford to not be able to work from home.

Re: New router box
@Kelly212 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.
The switch from the older flat style router to the newer upright black hubs ususlly increases wifi range. Is the hub in the best position which is out in the open standing uoright on a surface so it is above obstructions like radiators?
You really don't want the old router for two reasons first it wont be updated to prevent for new security threats and secondly in a year or so your analogue landline will no longer work and the old hub doesn't support the replacement digital service. There is a newer white hub which Sky normally only supplies as an upgrade this is quite differrent system which can cause issues if you have Sky Q boxes coukd thst be a factor ?
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
