WiFi issues
When watching sky tv the words are way behind it's not in sync with the words of people speaking and it's really frustrating.
also
when using WiFi on phone iPads etc my what's app messages do not cone through. When I'm upstairs I have NO signal.
Ive checked And it says everything is good
but there's clearly an issue

Re: WiFi issues
@Mike803 three separate issues the lip sync issue can happen on Sky Stream and is being hopefully being resolved by a fix in a forthcoming firmware update. In the mentime simple switch channels for a few seconds which normally sorts it for most people.
The Whsts App iissue is akso not down to your broadband its going to be related to the app.
Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
