As of 6PM, I have had less than 3Mbps download speeds of my usual 70.
Sky service checker reports no faults in my area and that everything is fine dispite my slow speeds.
Nothing I have done on my end has improved the situation.
Oddly, upload speeds are rock solid at 24Mbps

Update. As of 8PM, my download speeds are practically 0 and yet upload remains stable (if not slightly lower than normal now)

Spoken to sky and they are not aware of issue. Went thru all the trouble shooting. They've escalated to the networking team

It could be an issue outside of your home as no fault found inside your house.
They aim to fix fault within 48h, so I will contact you again on Wednesday to see if fixed.

I'm having the same issue in Yorkshire, guaranteed 65mbps and I'm getting between 1.2 and 10mbps?!
Can this be looked into too?

Can mine be investigated too? Same issue, slow download speed but reasonable uploads. Between 1.2 and 10mbps

Yes, same here. We're in St Leonard's (Robsack) but my partner has been complaining about Sky Stream not working properly for most of the day - the WiFi/ broadband has been down all evening since I've been back from work. Sky troubleshooting and service checker claims everything is working but it clearly isn't (ironically the speed is showing as 'Good' yet 0.00!!)
