Please ring sky. The more people that contact them the better.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
I'm in the same boat but I'm out at Fairlight so I can't really do anything. Had to ask my neighbour to let me piggyback off of their wi-fi this morning.
Latest speed test shows 0.0mbps and Sky sent an email talking about knowing I had an issue with my speed.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Morning all,
Sorry to hear you're having a problem with your BB speeds, can I confirm you have checked your router stats, is this showing the correct speed? You can do so using this guide: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#M101...
If your router stats are showing as expected but it's your wireless that has plummeted please can you private message me your Sky account number and postcode and I can send this thread off to be investigated?
Thanks,

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Hi having the same issue in Catsfield (just outside of Hastings) am currently using neighbours broadband. On Fiber at 500mbs but since resetting hub at 0.0mbs. This is definitely a networkissue but nothing is being displayed to by your website to say their is an issue!

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Just called support, run through a multitude of tests, initially suggested it was my WiFi but I was using a networked computer to connect. More tests and escalated have identified a problem between the exchange and the green box. Engineer being sent out.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Just called and raised with Sky, no faults found running through tests, initially they wanted to send me a new router. Advised multiple reports of issues, engineer being sent out on Thursday. Internet light on router now solid orange after rebooting this morning.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Same here - TN34 2 area. No internet or extreemly slow - roughly around 0.3 Mb per second since last night. Sky diagnostics and troubleshooter says I am connected and everything is fine, although the speed is "slightly slower" LOL

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
(removed)
They are apparently sending a open reach engineer to investigate issue. Same nonsense about 48 hours should be sorted by. Since resetting my hub is now orange on internet with no voice led showing. This is obviously a network issue with it being so widespread through Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill and Catsfield so why is there no service statement!
Moderator note: Removed phone number.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Just had a text saying to contact sky. Called them and was told that the work has been cancelled and I need to book an engineer to come to the house. Couldn't tell me why it was cancelled and nothing showing about a major outage.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Looks like Internet and phone lines are down now. And yet Sky's service checker shows no errors in my area and thinks my network is working normally...
Phoned sky support, they're not aware of any problems in the area... (**bleep** if you ask me) and they're sending an engineer out to me within 48 hours.

Re: Less than 3Mb per second, Hastings
Is anyone back online yet? My internet light on router has now extinguished completely after another power cycle (was going orange this morning). The Sky help page has gone from an outage to no outages now and when I do a retest it states there are no issues which there obviously are. This is becoming frustrating
