Extremely Slow Broadband, Hastings/Fairlight

Since I returned home this evening around 7:30pm, I have had incredibly slow broadband speeds. The sky site says no issues in Hastings but when I was able to check my speed it was showing a download speed of about 0.13mbps. It's so slow I can't even use the test tool through the sky site.

We have exactly the same problem. Our mini box is poor too. We are in Derby, sky website everything is fine on broadband. Clearly not.

It's all just a total lie, the sky checker says broad band good speed good faults known none... all lies, terrible company, the sky checker is clearly just fake and pointless
