Hi, Yes I have done both of those suggestions. I reset the box and also removed the box from power for a number of minutes. The lights remain the same and I have no connection to my devices.
additionally I have ran the checker multiple times and it returns stating all is ok, which it isn't.

That is right, It then suggested to me to check the WiFi, and it again stated no issues and all was ok.
I have just tried running the checks again and it is now stating that checks are not currently available, perhaps because I have ran them 3-4 times in quick succession? I'm not sure

Just want to say I'm having the same issue, and I'm Sussex based as well. I reckon that despite what the website says, there might be an issue in the area.
I've tried the online service checker, and it seems like it can't reach my hub. When I then try to fix it I get this error:
"We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment.
Try again later so we can test your connection."
I hope this provides a bit more context.

We have exactly the same issue in Sussex. Rebooting the router didnt work. Disconnecting the cable to the phone socket didnt work. I suspect there be an issue with the Sky broadband service itself. I checked on the downdtector website, and there was a spike of reported outages on sky at around midnight last night.

I'm getting game error message when trying to test the broadband.

I have no WiFi this morning. Completed all suggested cable checks but keep being told to do them again and Sky are saying no issues at my address but I cannot connect any device to to WiFi. It would appear others have issues as well.

Mine too in north London. Is there any way of calling sky to check for help? All you seem to be able to do is the service checker which just says everythings fine when nothing is!

Ditto, Burgess Hill aswell...
