Been rebooting since 5am and still having no luck connecting to the internet ... unfortunately our mobile signal is dire on the coast too...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ShaunWilo if tge service is still down and the broadband test in the Service Checker in the My Sky app doesnt tdll you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line givecthem a call as their lines should be fully open from 8am.

Also Worthing.
- Solid Orange Light since 04:30.
- SKY diagnostic reports unable to connect to Router (Hub).
- Reboot does not resolve.

Spoke to Sky Help Line at 8am sharp...they reckon it's not an area outage. Performed all usual tests on my router (that I had already undertaken 10 times previously) to no avail . Best they can do is book an engineer for tomorrow morning !

Mine went down at 3.25. Tried all trouble shooting. Called and told me. But this can't be right

Same issue - No service broadband checker isn't working which isn't useful! Seems like an area issue surely. BN13 here..

Also getting the same in West Worthing/Goring. Reset and reconnecting phone line haven't made any difference.

Same in BN12. Called Sky and they have said issue with open reach. No indication when it will be fixed!
