Surely now the system should pick up problem in area and not out hubs!!? How do we long it? Mine won't go through and just says 'ooopps' the later 🤦♀️

I've just called Sky, as others have mentioned they're reporting an Openreach fault in the area. Openreach are apparently estimating a fix time of 18:00 this afternoon/evening.

Bn13 1 same problem since early today, Tuesday, phone all OK, just broadband. Rebooted, solid yellow Internet light. Sky fault checker says no local problem! Wrong! Will phone sky later, hope it resolves very soon, feel sorry for those who have sky glass and puck as they will not get tv even, all eggs in 1 basket not a good idea.

Internet still down at my place in Worthing. Some of the local shops have no internet either and payment systems have been down since first thing. All the evidence suggests an infrastructure outage - not a router one.

It looks like BT are the cause of the issue its not you its them I wouldnt be suprised if city fibre left a switch off but looking online its pretty much the whole of sussex, you can tether your phone to a laptop or PC.
