I have 4 unknowns showing on the sky hub. We have no apple products. Please could someone advise what they could be or if I can find out what they are? Thanks

Does it come back when you change your wifi password as shown below

If you have unsynchronised 2.4 and 5ghz and renamed one you would need to change the password for each wifi band

You could google MAC address decoder and enter the various MAC addresses to find out the manufacturer
If none of them rings a bell you can change your wifi password and any unauthorised devices will drop off

Thanks. I'll try that when I get back and let you know.

Thanks again. I think I've worked out what 3 of them are, but one is coming up as Unicast and the administrator as LAA. Do you have any idea what that is? I'm not technology minded. I really appreciate the help. Thanks

I've changed the password and it's gone. Your information has been really useful and very much appreciated. I didn't even know MAC lookups existed. Way behind the times. Thanks again.
