Really getting frustrated the internet is super slow for a year and half now..Nobody tried to helps..

ttings use the menus at the top of this page.

  • Select Show Statistics to see your Sky Hub performance statistics such as the number of packets sent and number of packets received for each port
  • Select Connection Status to see information about your current connection

Your router stats say your on a ADSL broadband package. It is very slow compared to everything these days.

Sky haven't sold ADSL packages for a long time. You need to upgrade to ultrafast fibre.

You should be able to upgrade to a good 80Mbps superfast connection.

Perhaps I'm reading those results wrong.

 

To me it says VDSL and fttp not available as it's impacted.

 

I think @DeepakR needs to investigate what 5g mobile broadband is available.

Need to see which mobile phone operator has a 5g tower near to you.
