Hello, on my account I have to pay for a router which, through no fault of mine, was burned by a lightning strike during a storm. It was reported and why do I have to pay for it?

It was only loaned to you so you're not going to be able to return it in a working condition. If you've explained to Sky how it came to be damaged and they are still charging you it seems they've made their mind up that you're liable.
