Re: Broadband super slow
Openreach do give clear and impacted figures and the unavailable is for fttc which is no longer sold . Instead the y next to it is for sogea ie where the phone is plugged into the router @DeepakR would need to call sky whilst sogea is available
Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or
Follow the link and choose need more help
https://www.sky.com/help/home/
If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Broadband super slow
I notice they live in a priority fttp area so it would be a good idea for @DeepakR to complete the form.

Re: Broadband super slow
@HiHowAreYa Those are not the router stats that is the page before you go to the bottom and click on router stats.
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Broadband super slow
Ok, your situation isn't looking good.
See if you can get Virgin Broadband
https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/postcode-checker
Other then Virgin, you'll have to see what mobile phone network has the best network coverage where you are.
