Hi, i was late paying my bill so sky terminated my account and put a high charge on my account. I paid my outstanding balance of £39.95 but its still the same. Can i get my sky broadband back?? I have no idea what to do.

If your account was terminated as opposed to restricted that means no payment was made in over 56 days so Sky may decide you cannot rejoin. Were you that late paying? Did you set up a new continuous payment method?
