Other payment

To whom it may concern, my previous sky box has been returned and received by yourselves, therefore the additional £50 should not have been included.

 I expect this back into my account within 7 days with an explanation as to why you took it!

You aren’t talking to Sky here and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers.
