A fix has gone in so should now be fixed for all

@JohnBen this fault could have affected either system as something broke at Sky's end but they have now fixed it.

Looks like it's nationwide with the new update, why don't sky tell people in advance via email etc ,it would save a huge lot of issues if people knew in advance

Hi,

 

all working again now!

Thanks for all responses and help.

It was indeed a widespread issue as a few had said and all back working without the need to replace remote.
