Only getting A-Z sky cinema on sky glass

Just had the same, but asking glass to "show playlist" has solved the issue.

Clearly a national issue and nothing we can do at a local level.  Glad to see the confirmation of that here and appreciate the responses people have given.   We moved to sky glass last year as it was hyped as the new tech.  Wish I'd stayed with sky plus.  It worked much better.

I have the same issue and voice isn't working either neither through telly or remote and remote is connect by pressing 1&3 together.

You can also use the three dot options button to search for shows... my voice commands weren't working either even though they were already on... until I used the remote and side of TV, I just need to use the htmi cable luckily saying hdmi 1 worked as I couldn't remember which slot I plugged the console in haha

Sky menu back online for me - checked at 0815.  Guess the 'config wizard' in their office booted his laptop and reset thing lol

Sky glass 65" here in northern Ireland and since It switched itself on this morning its stuck on cinema screen , no main screen/home screen.

voice control works but I want to be able to see the available channels ,apps and shows .

Sky fix this issue ASAP! 

Once fixed heres a solution,  stop justifying programers jobs by constantly updating software , when something works just leave it be for a good while.

The issue seems to have been fixed for me.  I turned the stream pick off and on again and the homepage appeared.

The home screen is back but the screensaver kicked in after a few minutes of watching TV?
