Someone up above says use the microphone!  It's worked for me, something I wouldn't have thought of before getting Sky.

Hope the problem is fixed soon though.

Many posts on this fault. Sky are aware and are working on it. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Just seen a post from a senior Sky engineer in a private forum who confirms the issue is being fixed as high priority. People just need to be patient. We have asked for the status pages to be updated.

To summarise this is an issue at Sky's end and rebooting etc wont fix it. You can still access channels, shows etc by using voice control. 

Edit - my system is back working normally as the fix Sky applied seems to have sorted it.

I'm using my firestick remote now to watch tv,can't get anything on the sky Home Screen,I use other internet supplier not sky internet
