Found some other posts does seem to be a wider a problem but the trick of pressing the mic button on the remote and asking for 'sky guide' did allow me to get live tv again

Re: Turned on my sky glass this morning, it loaded the A to Z sky cinema screen.
Mines doing the same except 1 puck is working OK.

Re: Sky glass menu not working
My remote has also stopped working and the TV has stopped responding to voice input. Voice control is not the workaround for everyone.

My Sky Glass is stuck on A-Z Sky Cinema choice and no menu/apps showing. I hve done reset and everything to no avail. Using the mike button is a work around but Sky need to fix the issue.
Just another nail in the coffin for Sky Glass.

Re: Home screen showing only a few movies and that's it
Many posts on this fault. Sky are aware and are working on it. As you say use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Sky Glass not work
It appears loads of people are having the same issue; Sky glass TVnot work and programmes are not connecting. Can you provide some advice how I can get this working. Starting to regret buying this TV as its constantly down.!!!!

Yes mine is exactly the same, how annoying. Hopefully will be sorted soon. Would hate to be sky this morning all the phone calls lol

To summarise this is a fault at Sky's end which is being fixed as fast as possible. Rebooting etc will not help but voice control works for most people but if using the remote speak into the mic which is at the top. If voice isnt working you can access search by pressing ....
Edit system appears to be back up and running at my end. Try pressing home.

I found with the problem until they fix you can talk to the remote and say BBC iPlayer or Netflix, or you can press the 3 dots on the remote search a program and it launches the app and the program. Sure there will be a fix soon but show that sky need a fail safe default Home Screen if no connection or their service goes down to make it a workable tv
