Sky glass menu not working

Same I can use voice to get to stuff but the TV is stuck on A to Z of cinema.

Press home on the remote and nothing is happening, I have reset the TV, I have turned the lecky back on and off and i still only have the option to watch a film...... 

No TV guide, no settings, no play list, just A-Z of Sky cinema, top it off the TV crassed all night last night so we couldn't watch anything 🫣

Same problem reported up and down the country.

Try using the voice control to go to a channel.

Not ideal, but at least you can watch something.

guess no one starts work at sky until 9am lol will wait and see what happens when i get home from work this evening

You can press the three dots on your remote and go to search, then you can look for any programme you want, saves just using voice for Netflix.

Also, if you unplug ethernet, or turn off the WiFi temporarily you can access a menu to get to your hdmi, then just plug it back in or turn on once you're on the source you need

Same here. Menu is only sky cinema, but nothing working. Thanks for the tip about using voice control. Hope sky fix this soon

Sure Sky agree with you @Shuddership and the engineers will be trying tonfix whatever has gone wrong at their end. Looks like a server issue rather than an update.

Mine is saying the message and I have turned stuff off and back on only way to get some telly is it talk into the remote and it will play a channel but if u press the home button it goes back to the blue screen with the message on it
