Sky glass has crassed, it wont show any options, just shows A-z of sky,

I have exactly the same thing this morning. It just says Sorry there are no programmes of this type. 

I only turned the TV on!

Starting this morning I have had the same problem. Screen stuck on Sky Cinema. Tried resetting three times. Voice command works. Clearly there is a problem with the Sky backend.

I so wish I had not switched to Sky Glass. It's been nothing but aggravation. Their support is terrible.

Same issue here. A-Z of sky cinema is what I get when I press the home button. 😡

I've the same issue and tried calling and lines not open.

I've rebooted router and turned tv off at the mains and all the normal troubleshooting bits and then saw all your messages that in the same boat!

Since last night my Mr Sky Glass just says "sorry currently no programs if this type available" it won't all me to go to the Home Screen, settings, nothing. I've turned the TV & Internet off & back on a couple of times, leaving it for a couple if minutes each time but it still won't work. This is the same on the puck bedroom TV. My internet is working fine. Soooo annoying 🤨

think your jumping the gun a bit

you said and i quote "not sure if it's a firmware upgrade gone wrong or a problem with the backend servers "

so your not sure what it s.  You then say "it would be nice if they tested updates before applying them" so how do you know it is a update if you were not sure what it was at the start..

Your last sentence then says "there should be backend server support" but your first sentence you suggest that could be a problem.  So if backend server goes down how can the support it.

Technology breaks the same as a car, a kettle a household bulb etc.  Its life we carry on and wait for it to get fixed.

If you ask for TV Guide, it takes you to the guide but you have to use voice command to reach it. Clearly something is very wrong at Sky and as they don't have 24/7 service, there is no way of reaching them.

Don't you just love Sky Glass!! If its not all the trouble we had with Discovery + for over a month now my TV is just showing blue screen with 'sorry currently no programmes of this type available'.

Same issue for me but managed to get disney + working via voice control.

Were having the same problem with the sky pucks. We also noticed when we use the voice control to get onto one of the channels the colour saturation is really off.
