@mae-3  advice please on settings for adsl. Getting errors both on username/password and vpi/vci settings

thank you that worked!!

I just seem to have a new issue now. I am connected to the internet but I cannot connect to the router's wireless network... it needs a WPA2 password and the passwords provided with the router aren't working... any ideas ?

Your best bet is to connect to the router using a wired computer and change the password, and the security to WPA2-PSK (AES) for your Apple devices...

Hi @mae-3 any way you can help with my router ? I have a sky hub q at the moment, sky broadband superfast and got my self tp link archer c60 ac 1350. My sky q hub works with adsl rj11 cable and tp link is rj45 but I had an bt engineer few weeks back and he replaced my socket to master socket 5c and told me that I can use both type of cables in the same slot. But I can not get ot to work.
