You'll need to select Other, then PPPoE in the next section, then use the user credentials mentioned earlier.

No idea 😞 I just know that Sky_VDSL simply wont connect for me - tried and failed. Sky(MER)_VDSL works a treat.

Other brings up the PPPoE option

I have tried to enter those credentials, across several tabs, but the internet is not connecting. 

Any ideas??

Essentials is pppoa.  Select that option and tell me what options you have in that category

My apologies, it was me that mentioned PPPoE, that may have thrown a spanner in the works. I was looking at my GUI and couldn't change it without losing my own connection and the correct PPPoA option as @cookiemonsteruk correctly mentioned wasn't showing.

PPPoA should not require much apart from the username and password that you previously entered for PPPoE.  Just give it up too 3 minutes to synch up and authenticate

still no luck. See photos attached. I needed to enter the VPI/VCI range. Having done a quick look online I entered 0/38. Didn't help.

any other ideas?? Or does anyone know a decent private engineer in London??
