So we are getting a meager amount of content (to start with) that has to be downloaded. I prefer the app (which I do have access to).

Yes, a lot of the content is or was on Sky. There is a lot of good stuff on Peacock. Too bad we aren't getting it (yet).

If I am reading that correctly we could see shows from 3rd parties appearing on it.

I've had a look and Marrid with Children is available via Peacock in the US.

We wait for Sky to update the menus?  They tend to make changes around 10am, when their staff are all available, just in case of problems. It's usually about that time they activate new apps, etc as well.
