@Anonymous suspect its random and the order has been shuffled as more units get  involved but it would be nice to think Sky did it intentionally but i doubt it.

Gosh! Still on Q11.008 here and puck on old version too.  Sky haven't even published Q12.010 as available, the world's gone mad!

I've just checked my Puck i've gone to QS012.010.00P as well it wasn't on the QS011.008.00 yesterday but one before that must of either skipped or done two updates over night.

I've checked this morning and my Stream puck is on QS012.010.00P this morning which I'm glad of as it seems to have resolved the live streaming issues I was having on QS011

Re: New Firmware QS012 - support for bluetooth head sets.

I have just got Sky Stream and one of my pucks has updated to QS012.008 while the others are stuck on QS011.007 -  I take it from reading on the forums that I have to be patient to get the update pushed and there is nothing I can do to install them manually?

Also, I have been trying to find what each update brings - or is sky a company that just labels everything as 'Bug Fix'?

Least one of your devices has updated and yeah it seems just random pot luck when your device will update on firmware. There is no way to force an update manually no just have be patient. Your correct Sky don't put out an official update information.

@Anonymous Definately on QS012.010 - need to check the puck later.  Of the things I noticed this morning is the  new programme name style when you pause - looks like Sky have taken a leaf out of the Apple TV look with that one.  And, the 'glass effect' icons for Pause and Play on the centre of the screen is also a nice touch.

@Jporch316 - wow ahead of you.  Who knows next time, I may even get ahead of @Chrisee (no chance!!)

Sometimes there's a press release, but that's typically only when a significant 'new' feature is added: this one for Sky Q is an example when Voice Control was extended into Disney+
