Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@chappy5485 does look like you are getting another Q hub the internal Sky description of the new hub is "Sky Broadband hub".

Quick question in a few months time when the new hubs start appearing for sale on second hand market as a sky customer could you buy one (second hand) and use it on your service instead of your current older router just by plugging it in?

Mine is showing the same, as is a friend of mine who ordered yesterday..
This is in Track Order under MySky.
It also in the line below (would be showing lower down on your pic)
Sky Broadband Activation
Coming Soon.
Nothing is being activated, its just a product change and a hub being sent out. All My broadband speeds etc are staying the same and all the messages in Mysky and what the customer support read out say that.
In my MySky messges it lists my sky kit being sent out as 'Sky Broadband Hub' which is what Sky are calling it now.
Looks like Sky are just reusing a current web page.
Mine is expected to arrive today, so we will see.

Has anyone had their new sky broadband hub delivered today ? . Ordered mine yesterday morning The tracking page says estimated delivery date today . I get the feeling it just generic response as I was told 3-5 days for delivery

Just rang Sky to enquire about 'Boost and the 'WiFi guarantee'...cost I was quoted £9.95 delivery charge, £5 monthly boost & an extra £4.95 per month on the broadband package. Apparently due to only 'new' packages are now available.
Didn't proceed.

Right after putting another complaint in I have now got the £5 refunded of my account every month for the sky buddy guaranteed Wi-Fi ,and regarding the new router the system won't allow it to be despatched or something along those lines, so it has to be resent via an express service today so hopefully tomorrow and they are going to refund me the £9.95 delivery charge as it should of Been with me yesterday
